OzarkCon 2008 Participant Pre-Registration
Pre-registration opens February 1st, and must be received by 4SQRP no later than April 15, 2008. Registrations received after April 15 won't receive the custom made ID badge.

To Pre-Register for OzarkCon 2008, print out a copy of this page for each registered participant and mail with your fees to WØMQY. Spouses and family of registered participants are welcome to attend all OzarkCon functions, but will not receive the registration package. Checks or Money Orders should be made out to: 4SQRP Group. |

1. Friday night
buffet tickets (if you order them).
